Once inside Dawes' penthouse, head into the office (with the weapons locker). When you regain control, swim straight up out of the elevator shaft. Use the elevator to continue the episode. Turn left and go through two sets of double doors to another office where there are two more pieces of evidence.Īfter ascending the staircase to the office above, scan the Email off Dawes' computer to complete the Power Play investigation.īefore entering the elevator to the penthouse, scan the Photo of Dawes and his wife on the shelf to the right for the Preferred Outcomes investigation. A cutscene will play that continues the story.Īfter the cutscene, go up the large set of stairs in the middle of this floor up to an office. Head to the objective marker on the map and open the door. You can either arrest or silently kill the remaining guards in the area. Remember to disable the alarm next to the guards to prevent reinforcements from coming. Once Starnes is arrest (or killed), search his body to find the Letter of Transfer for the Preferred Outcomes investigation. Wait for Starnes to move near the alarm control before taking him down. Take out the guards at the rear of the office first, then lure the one standing nearest to Starnes away to take him down quietly. One of the men is John Starnes, and he has a warrant out for his arrest.
Next, continue towards the group of men watching the fireworks. In the office in the back-left corner of the building (opposite where you found the letter), head into the conference room and scan the Revenue Sketch for the Preferred Outcomes investigation. Scan the Letter from a politician for the Preferred Outcomes investigation. Walk the direction he was heading and enter the office to the right. Take a left turn and arrest the guard walking away. One of the men even has a warrant out for his arrest. Leave the elevator and use your scanner to mark all the guards on the right. Use the elevator to reach the 20th floor. When you're ready to continue on, interact with the keypad at the front desk to unlock the elevator. If you alerted the others, you'll have to take them out with brute force. You can hop over the baggage carrier to avoid tripping the detector and sneak up on him. Kelly may be on the other side of the metal detector. Take out the other guards before moving on him and making the arrest. Sneak around to the entrance and take out the guards near the metal detector.ĭerek Kelly can be detained up ahead. This will prevent reinforcements from coming. Scan the Staffing Chart in the same security room for the Preferred Outcomes investigation.Įxit out of the security room and disable the alarm box in the hall. Afterwords, use the security camera to tag all the guard in the lobby. Inside is a guard, so be prepared to take him down. Go around the back and take out the two guards that are in the alley, then scan the Box of Books next to the dumpster to begin the Preferred Outcomes investigation.Įnter the plaza through the back door, then take a right. It's best to approach this building from behind. Inside the building is a man with a warrant. When you regain control, pull out your scanner and tag all the enemies in the area that you can see. After the cutscene, follow your partners until you reach the white van.
